Nasira’s Story
Nasira’s life was shattered by the Syrian war, forcing her to flee to Turkey in search of safety—only to endure another tragedy when she lost her husband and sons in the devastating 2023 earthquake.
Alone and struggling, she made her way to Canada, hoping for a fresh start. But despite her resilience, she faced overwhelming financial hardship, unable to afford rent or even basic necessities.
