Every lunar year we are obligated to pay our Zakat which has many social and religious benefits. However, many people struggle with calculating their Zakat, especially when delicate aspects of Zakat are included such as business income, assets, inventory, and much more. To facilitate this need NZF Canada will be conducting and in-depth webinar regarding the calculations surrounding business, Insha'Allah.
Host: Shaykh Nabil Khan
Shaykh Nabil Khan was born and raised in Vancouver, Canada. He began Islamic studies at Al-Ihsan Institute at the age of 15, where he became a Graduate of the Dars Nizami under the supervision of Mufti Aasim Rashid and other esteemed instructors. In the 5th year, Shaykh Nabil Khan also studied in Darul Uloom Bury U.K. He currently acts as an Imam in several local mosques leading prayers, teaching youth, and conducting programs of all varieties including Arabic and Islamic studies.

Marpole is an Islamic organization in Vancouver providing Jumuah prayers, monthly halaqa's, weekly educational programs, Quran classes, and more.
