It’s time to break the stigma and start a conversation.

Join us on Saturday, November 14 at 11 AM PT / 2 PM ET, along with ASPIRE in Vancouver B.C, to tackle the ever-growing struggles in the Muslim community revolving around mental illness. We will discuss the harms of mental illness along with how to tackles these issues from both a religious and consultative perspective. We will be joined by:

• Mainu Ahmed, Director of ASPIRE
• Mobina Hasan, Resource Manager and Social Worker
• Anum Yasir, Counsellor
• Imam Nabil Khan, National Zakat Foundation Regional Representative

Mental health is real, and we need to do our part to break the stereotypes and the barriers that prevent those who are suffering in silence from seeking help.
